With more than 30 years of experience in new home construction and real estate, she brings steady guidance, clear communication, and a deep commitment to building that reflect the vision of the clients paired with a depth of knowledge on how to complete a project with dependability.

Brooke Tucker serves as Greatwood Construction’s Customer Relations Manager and Marketing Director, supporting homeowners throughout the building and remodeling process with clear communication and thoughtful guidance. She helps clients navigate selections, schedules key appointments, and ensures decisions and materials are coordinated smoothly and on time.

Brooke also serves as a steady liaison between clients and trade partners, reviewing proposals, organizing selections, and keeping details aligned as the project progresses. By attending weekly construction meetings and staying closely connected to the day-to-day flow of each build, she helps ensure every client experience feels organized, supported, and well cared for from start to finish.
